Eva-Maria Offermann is an artist-designer whose work is based upon the development of concepts and systems. What also interests her is a reflection about the underlying structures of projects she is involved in: Like the visual forms in use, modes of production, ways of distribution, the ecological footprint, as well as forms of communication and collaboration.
She took part in several collaborative projects, such as the book project “Nanne Meyer. Gute Gründe” (2019), “Festival School Fundamental” (2019) on the anniversary of the Bauhaus and recently the exhibition and publishing project “Pictograms, Signs of Life, Emoji: The Society of the Signs” (2020–2021). Eva-Maria Offermann is currently working as Senior Designer at Thieme Publishers and lives in Freiburg im Breisgau [Germany].
